Reaching the right team
Choose the office that is closest to you rather than the one that seems closest to your question, because every route ends with the same team and any necessary redirection is handled on our side. Our Delaware office covers the US time zone, while the Istanbul and Ankara lines are open throughout the business day.
In most cases the form is the better route. It carries your details straight to the colleague who handles your subject, so nothing is lost in a hand-off, and by the time we reply your file has already been opened and reviewed.
